Conditions of Service

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("Player," "User," "You") and pkgame ("Platform," "We," "Us," "Our") with respect to your access to and use of the pkgame platform, website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sports betting markets, and associated services.

By creating a pkgame account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the pkgame platform.

pkgame reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the pkgame platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active pkgame account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• You must be a human individual; registrations by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or automated entities are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of pkgame or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, and a valid mobile number.
• You must not already hold an existing pkgame account. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended at pkgame's sole discretion, and any balances in duplicated accounts may be forfeited.

pkgame reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing account access.

As the registered holder of a pkgame account, you bear sole responsibility for all activity conducted under your account credentials, including all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent via your account.

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your pkgame login credentials (username/mobile number and password) and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access your pkgame account or conduct any activity on your behalf.
• You must notify pkgame immediately through live chat or the support email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your registered contact details (mobile number, email address) remain current and accurate. pkgame is not liable for failure to deliver communications resulting from outdated contact information.
• pkgame strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your account as an additional security measure. This is optional but advisable given that your pkgame wallet is linked to PKR funds via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank accounts.

pkgame employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all login sessions and financial transactions. Notwithstanding these technical measures, you remain responsible for the security of your device and the credentials you use to access pkgame.

All financial transactions on pkgame are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkgame does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa is Rs 500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer or major bank is Rs 1,000–2,000 as indicated in the platform cashier.
• Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically reflected within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• pkgame does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• pkgame reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used for any deposit before processing a withdrawal from the corresponding funds.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed CNIC verification. Unverified accounts are restricted to a maximum withdrawal of Rs 5,000 per request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are as displayed in the pkgame cashier at the time of your request.
• pkgame processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes on business days.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. pkgame may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a different method.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements are satisfied in full.

pkgame offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All pkgame bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements specify both the multiplier (e.g., 25x) and the eligible games. Bets on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated validity period or if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• pkgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting low-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential recovery of any funds withdrawn through such activities.
• pkgame's determination of whether a bonus has been claimed or used in violation of these terms is final.

pkgame offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL, UFC, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, video slots, and fishing games. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. pkgame does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, game, or odds at any given time.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at pkgame's discretion, including during intervals in play, following significant match events, or where technical issues arise.
• Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds resulting from system errors or data feed failures may be voided at pkgame's sole discretion, regardless of whether the result would have been in the player's favour.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per market and per event are as displayed in the pkgame betting interface. pkgame reserves the right to apply individual player betting limits at any time.
• All casino games and slot titles on pkgame use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for each game are published in the game information section.
• Cricket match settlements follow the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). Matches abandoned without a result are governed by specific abandonment rules communicated in each market's terms.
• pkgame's decision on the settlement of any bet or game result is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkgame platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

1. Registering more than one pkgame account, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or documentation.
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or transaction process.
3. Using the platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under the age of 21.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
5. Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
6. Colluding with other players in casino games, including chip dumping or coordinated play designed to guarantee outcomes.
7. Attempting to exploit any technical error, software vulnerability, or system glitch in any game or betting market.
8. Using the platform for any money laundering activity or as a mechanism for the transfer of proceeds of criminal activity.
9. Engaging in chargebacks or reversing deposits after using the corresponding funds for gaming activity.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkgame staff or other players through any communication channel.

pkgame reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section and to take any action deemed appropriate, including immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

pkgame is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users. The platform recognises that for a minority of players, gambling can lead to harmful behaviour, and has implemented a comprehensive set of tools to support player wellbeing.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pkgame users at no cost and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your pkgame account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum net loss thresholds over any defined period to prevent your session from exceeding a pre-defined budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable notifications that alert you after a configurable period of continuous platform activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the pkgame platform. Short-term exclusions can be set for periods of 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 5 years.

All content on the pkgame platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, data, odds formats, interface designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkgame or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkgame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the pkgame platform without express written permission from pkgame.
• The pkgame name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of pkgame. Use of these marks in any context not expressly authorised is prohibited.
• Third-party game providers whose titles appear on pkgame retain their own intellectual property rights in their respective games. pkgame's licence to offer those games does not extend any rights to you beyond personal play.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkgame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or profits arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, server outages, or third-party payment processing delays beyond pkgame's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pkgame platform.
• Losses attributable to your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to losses resulting from account suspension or bonus forfeiture following a Terms violation.
• Inaccuracies in live odds or game results caused by data provider errors, provided pkgame acts in good faith to correct such errors promptly upon identification.
• Gambling losses generally. pkgame's liability is limited strictly to the return of the relevant stake where a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, and only where pkgame's investigation confirms the error.

pkgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of pkgame's Privacy Policy as it stands at the time of your registration and as updated from time to time.

In summary, pkgame collects personal data (including CNIC details, mobile number, financial transaction records, and game history) for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement. pkgame does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pkgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any pkgame account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from pkgame.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Suspected underage gambling or misrepresentation of age or identity during registration.
• Failure to meet ongoing source-of-funds requirements requested by pkgame under its AML obligations.
• At the player's own request, including through the self-exclusion process.

Where an account is closed due to a material Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at pkgame's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for any other reason, pkgame will endeavour to return the verified balance to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pkgame support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt, subject to any pending bet settlements or withdrawal requests.

pkgame operates a structured dispute resolution process. All complaints and disputes must be submitted in the following order:

1. Stage 1 — Live Chat or Email Support: Contact pkgame's support team via live chat or at the designated support email address. Provide your account details, a description of the dispute, and any relevant evidence. Support agents aim to resolve disputes within 24–48 hours.
2. Stage 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If your Stage 1 complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, submit a formal written complaint by email to pkgame's compliance team. Formal complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 business days where possible.
3. Stage 3 — Independent Review: If the formal complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you may request referral to an independent dispute resolution body in accordance with pkgame's licensing obligations. Details of the applicable ADR entity are communicated upon request.

Players agree to exhaust the internal pkgame dispute resolution process before seeking any external remedy. pkgame's decisions on game results and bet settlements are final except where an independent investigation identifies a genuine technical error or administrative fault.

pkgame may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change to the Terms is made, pkgame will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the pkgame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to request account closure.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible from the pkgame footer. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the version currently in force.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pkgame's international gaming license jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory local consumer protection law, the applicable local law shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency only.

pkgame makes no representation that the pkgame platform or its services are legal, available, or appropriate for access in every jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pkgame is lawful in your location.
